Resilience and Reinvention: Paving a Path to Leadership is for women who are tired of changing who they are just to get ahead — the pressure to perform, to mute whatever makes other people comfortable, to fit a mold that was never built for you. It's about the paths nobody hands you a map for in your 30’s, then again at 45, and again whenever life asks you to. This is a conversation about the other option: staying grounded when the pressure to play a role is loudest, letting go of leadership norms that were never built with women in mind, and growing into more of yourself, not less.

Leah founded Wired Foundation with a clear mission: to unleash every woman's power.
As CEO of A People Revolution, she has spent her career creating spaces where women can pursue their ambitions, build authentic relationships, and make a lasting impact. That same passion drives her leadership of Wired Foundation, where she oversees the strategic vision behind the organization's two pillars — Community and Impact — ensuring every gathering, partnership, and initiative moves women closer to their fullest potential.

Treasurer & Secretary
Emily joined Wired Foundation as a founding board member, bringing her expertise in leadership and transformation to help amplify the organization's mission of unleashing every woman's power.
As VP of Talent & Transformation at A People Revolution, Emily is driven by a passion for building cultures where people thrive.
In her role as Treasurer & Secretary, she ensures the foundation's operations and governance are as strong as its mission — turning vision into action with purpose and precision.
Her superpower is blending bold strategy with a people-first mindset, creating spaces where women can connect, grow, and lead authentically.
